Proposal for Buwelo · Sept 30, 2026

Buyers set their BPO shortlist before they call anyone.
This program puts Buwelo on it.

Buwelo keeps its agents more than three years and has kept 94% of its clients over eight. Buyers can't see either number yet. This program gets Buwelo named when they ask ChatGPT and Google for a BPO, puts your leadership in the LinkedIn feeds of the people who sign, and starts conversations with companies that are hiring call-center staff right now.

// 01 · where buwelo stands today

The proof is strong. Buyers can't find it yet.

We looked at Buwelo the way a VP of Customer Experience shortlisting vendors would: the website, LinkedIn, review sites, ad libraries, and the answers search and AI tools give to buyer questions. Checked September 29, 2026.

3+yrs

Average agent tenure. The industry replaces agents every 12 to 18 months.

94%

Client retention over eight years, with an average partnership of more than five.

300+agents

At a top-3 US specialty pharmacy that started with a 20-agent pilot.

72%

Of Buwelo's growth has come from client referrals.

Sources: buwelo.com Why Buwelo Case studies, read September 29, 2026.

what the 72% tells us

Once a company has worked with Buwelo, it recommends Buwelo to other companies. New business then depends on how many people your clients happen to talk to. This program builds the same trust with buyers who have never met a Buwelo client.

a position nobody else holds

Helpware's homepage headline already leads with "Human-Centered." None of the twelve competitors we checked leads with attrition. We would build the message around "the Low-Attrition BPO" and the table on your Why Buwelo page: 20 to 30% attrition in the Philippines against 65 to 110% at traditional BPOs.

The two category searches, your healthcare and pharmacy services, your delivery countries and ecommerce. We ran all eight on September 29, 2026, and Buwelo appeared in none. Counts from each company's site, RSS feed and LinkedIn page on September 29, 2026. Buwelo's four LinkedIn pages total about 16,500 followers; the corporate page is shown.

Buwelo has the proof buyers choose vendors on: agents who stay for years, clients who stay longer, and a pharmacy account that grew from 20 agents to 300. Almost none of it appears anywhere a buyer looks before calling a vendor. Today, 72% of growth arrives by referral.

// 02 · how bpo buyers choose now

The shortlist is set before anyone calls you.

A BPO contract is decided by a group of people over most of a year, and most of that decision happens before a salesperson is in the room. This is the research the program is built on.

So opportunities created in months one to six should close in months ten to eighteen. That is why the program reports meetings, target-account engagement and pipeline every Monday, so you can see the pipeline filling long before the first contract is signed.

Get named when buyers ask AI tools for a BPO.

AI tools build their answers from pages that compare vendors, publish prices and mention a company on other sites. Buwelo has no comparison or pricing pages today, and no mentions on the lists that rank. We write them, get Buwelo onto the lists and review sites the tools read, and track 50 buyer questions every month.

  • Answer pages on buwelo.com, one for each search term above, plus Buwelo's own ranked list, the way Ringly and South publish theirs. What an agent hour costs in the Philippines, Colombia and the US. How to evaluate a specialty pharmacy support vendor. What SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliance should look like at an offshore team. Each page has a table, FAQs, a named author and a last-updated date.
  • Lists and reviews on other sites. Pitch Buwelo into the "top call center outsourcing companies" lists that rank today, such as Giva, Time Doctor and 1840 & Co. Set up and fill Clutch, G2 and Outsource Accelerator profiles, and ask clients for reviews.
  • Technical fixes. Company markup with logo, address and profile links, a hand-written llms.txt, one headline per page, a privacy policy, and a public security and compliance page covering where data is stored and how TAMA.AI output is reviewed.
  • A monthly answer report. 50 buyer questions across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google, showing who gets named and whether Buwelo moved.

What we are working towardillustration, month 6
Which BPOs are best for specialty pharmacy patient support with low agent turnover and HIPAA compliance?
Buyers in specialty pharmacy usually shortlist providers with healthcare certifications, bilingual coverage and stable teams:
  1. Buwelo: supports three of the five largest US specialty pharmacies from the Philippines and Colombia, SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliant, reports agent tenure above three years and offers a 90-day pilot.12
  2. Vendor B: large healthcare practice, onshore and offshore.3
  3. Vendor C: focused on revenue cycle work.4

Illustration of the goal, not a real AI response. We report real answers monthly.

Put the people who run Buwelo in front of the people who buy from it.

Buyers trust what a named operator says more than a company page, and AI tools cite LinkedIn posts from individuals more often than from companies. We interview two Buwelo leaders every month and turn each recording into posts, articles, short video, and the images and video every other channel runs on.

  • Two leadership voices. The founder plus one operations or healthcare leader, each with one 45-minute recorded interview a month. Nothing is published until they approve it.
  • Video from your sites. Your site leads film on a shot list we send, or you book a content day and we film it ourselves. Either way we edit: an agent with four years on a pharmacy line, a team lead running the morning huddle in Subic Bay or Medellín, TAMA.AI flagging a call as it happens.
  • Designed assets. Carousels, document ads and one-page cost comparisons used by the ads and the outbound team.
  • Company page. Three posts a week on the Buwelo LinkedIn page, mostly cut from the leadership content.

73% of decision-makers trust thought leadership more than marketing materials to judge a vendor, and 86% are likely to invite the firms that publish it to an RFP. LinkedIn is the second most-cited site in AI answers. Edelman-LinkedIn, 2024 Semrush, 2026

A top-3 US specialty pharmacy started with us on a 20-agent pilot, one call type.

At 120 days it was 70 agents, with costs down 37% and CSAT up 10%. Today it's more than 300 agents running about 90% of their patient operations.

Most contact centers replace their agents every 12 to 18 months. Ours stay more than three years. Here's what we do to keep them:

Keep Buwelo in front of the buying group between conversations.

A BPO decision involves around 13 people and takes most of a year. Ads are how the ones you never meet still see Buwelo's name and proof. LinkedIn does the targeting by company and title. Meta repeats the message cheaply to people who already visited your site.

  • Thought Leader Ads on LinkedIn promoting the best leadership posts to the target account list. They average a 2.68% click rate at $2.29 a click, against 0.42% at $13.23 for standard image ads.
  • Document ads carrying the cost comparison and the attrition data from your Why Buwelo page, with the lead form after page three.
  • Retargeting on LinkedIn and Meta for site visitors, video viewers and the uploaded contact list.
  • A health-category check before launch. Meta restricts tracking for advertisers it classifies as health and wellness, so patient-care pages stay out of conversion events.

Write to the companies that have a reason to switch this quarter.

73% of B2B buyers avoid suppliers who send irrelevant outreach, so every message starts from something we can see: a company posting 15 customer service openings, a health system whose revenue cycle vendor was just acquired, an ecommerce brand staffing up before peak season. We build those lists in Origami, write short sequences by email and LinkedIn, and book meetings onto your team's calendar.

  • Signal lists refreshed weekly. Job postings for customer service, patient access and medical billing roles. Clients of BPOs that were acquired or cut guidance. Health systems near a revenue cycle renewal. Attendee companies before an event.
  • Named buyers at each company. VP or Head of CX, VP Operations, COO, VP Revenue Cycle and VP Patient Services, with verified emails.
  • Short sequences. Five emails under 80 words, plus a LinkedIn connection and two messages from the Buwelo leader whose posts they've already seen.
  • Replies handled within one business day. Meetings go on your calendar with a one-paragraph brief on the company.
  • Separate sending domains, so buwelo.com's own email never carries the risk.

Hi Dana,

Saw you're hiring 14 patient access reps in Columbus.

We run patient support for three of the five largest US specialty pharmacies, and nearly a third of our healthcare agents hold nursing degrees. They stay for years, so the team you train this spring is still on the phones next spring.

A HIPAA-compliant team can be taking calls in 45 to 60 days, starting with a 90-day pilot. Worth 20 minutes to compare costs for 14 seats?

Definitions. An answer page is a new page of at least 1,200 words with a table and FAQs. A short video is one edited, captioned cut; the same cut posted to two channels counts once. A prospect is one named person at a target company.

Capacity. Unused quantities do not roll over, except where the shortfall was ours. Within a month we can swap deliverables of similar effort when both sides agree in writing, for example two answer pages for one comparison study.

03

Foundation deliverables and acceptance

  • Message guide by vertical: healthcare and specialty pharmacy, ecommerce, financial services, and warranty and home services, including which contact types go to TAMA.AI and which stay with people.
  • Target account list v1 of 1,500 companies with named buyers, delivered into Buwelo's CRM.
  • AI answer baseline on 50 buyer questions across four AI tools.
  • Tracking installed: LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta pixel without health events, GA4 goals, CRM source fields.
  • Three sending domains and nine inboxes registered in Buwelo's name, authenticated (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and warmed for three weeks.
  • One claims sheet: a single approved figure for agent tenure, client retention, certifications, founding year and headquarters, applied to the site, LinkedIn pages and directory profiles.
  • A booking calendar and a pilot request form on buwelo.com, so a buyer can reach sales without calling.
  • A 90-day content calendar and a written list of website fixes, with the fixes Brand Captain will make.

Buwelo has five business days to review each deliverable. One consolidated round of changes is included. A deliverable not commented on within five business days is accepted, except anything containing claims about Buwelo's results, clients or certifications, which always needs written approval.

04

What Buwelo provides

  • One approval owner, and approvals within three business days. Later approvals move delivery dates by the same amount.
  • Admin access to the website, LinkedIn page, LinkedIn and Meta ad accounts, Google Analytics and the CRM.
  • Four to six hours of leadership time during the foundation, then one 45-minute interview a month per posting leader.
  • A sales owner who follows up on every booked meeting within one business day and updates its status in the CRM.
  • Substantiation for published claims, including the tenure, retention and certification figures, and the names of clients willing to be referenced.
  • Site leads who can film short clips on a shot list, if video from the delivery centers is wanted.
05

Approvals, claims and compliance

  • Every public statement about Buwelo's numbers, clients or certifications is approved in writing by Buwelo before it is published. No client is named without that client's written consent.
  • Brand Captain never receives or handles protected health information. Marketing lists contain business contact data only.
  • Outbound email follows CAN-SPAM, includes a working opt-out, honors opt-outs within two business days and meets Google, Yahoo and Microsoft sender requirements.
  • Posts published under a leader's name are approved by that leader.
06

Fees, invoicing and paid-through costs

  • Foundation: $7,500, invoiced 50% at signing and 50% at acceptance of the foundation deliverables.
  • Monthly fee ($13,500 for the selected option): invoiced in advance on the 16th of each month, net 15. The first service month is invoiced at signing.
  • Filming, podcast episodes and consulting are booked in writing at the rates in section 07 and invoiced after delivery, net 15. Consulting blocks are invoiced at purchase.
  • Ad spend is charged by LinkedIn and Meta directly to Buwelo's own ad accounts. We change budgets only inside the monthly range Buwelo approves.
  • Software, data, survey panels, travel and filming costs are billed at cost with receipts, and only after written approval.
  • Work may pause if an invoice is more than 15 days overdue. Taxes are added where they apply.
07

Changes, ownership and ending the agreement

  • Changes. Work outside this scope is agreed in writing, with its fee and timing, before it starts.
  • Ownership. Buwelo owns its website, ad accounts, LinkedIn pages, CRM data, sending domains, target account lists and all content produced under this agreement once paid for. Brand Captain keeps its templates, methods and internal tools. Stock, music and fonts stay under their own licenses.
  • Results. Brand Captain commits to the deliverables and quantities above and to weekly reporting. Meetings, pipeline and contracts are reported, not guaranteed.
  • Confidentiality. Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential during the agreement and for two years after.
  • Ending early. Either side may end the agreement if the other breaches it and does not fix the breach within 15 days of written notice. On any ending, Buwelo pays for work delivered and third-party costs already committed, and receives everything produced to date.
